Job description:

  • Greets and informs customers upon their arrival, ensures efficient distribution and arrangement of tables, leads customers to their table
  • Is attentive to the wishes of the customers
  • Awakens the customers
  • Performs certain administrative tasks (reservations, planning, administrative follow-up, mail...)
  • May count the receipts of the waiters
  • Answer the phone and may be asked to manage media, employer's social services, emails
  • Must promote the restaurant
  • Responds to customer inquiries during their stay at the restaurant
  • Performs preparation work on invoices, i.e.: checks and assembles purchase orders with delivery slips from various suppliers
  • May participate in room service
